Interesting yesterday was. Herschel Walker lost the Georgia run-off. And the Trump organization was found guilty of an assortment of scumbaggery by a NYC jury.

But I'm a glass half-empty kinda guy. And it's hard for me to understand how somebody as blindingly stupid as Herschel Walker came within a few thousand votes of becoming a US Senator in the first place. And while I'm grateful to Georgia for cleaning this potential mess up, there's a part of me that will always wonder about a state where nearly half the adult population thought Walker, who had recently discussed, during campaign stump speeches, whether it was better to be a vampire or a werewolf (spoiler alert. Werewolf is better, because it can "kill a vampire"), was somehow……um……Senatorial.
