Walking blues
Over a year ago at this time I was walking 30 miles a week. Most days I'd do 5 miles at least. Sometimes I'd wander for 10. And always at hyper-speed. Fifteen minute mile pace. Not bad for an old dude. Walked a half marathon as well....in a little over 3 hours. It was the height of Covid's first wave......and we were mostly locked down. It was exercise.…
