It's been difficult focusing these last few days. There are reminders everywhere of what's happening in Ukraine, and while most of us silently cheer the tenacity of the Ukrainians (even Switzerland finally got pissed off enough to pick sides), it seems only a matter of time before major cities fall and the death toll becomes more than anybody can bear. Without an immediate infusion of ground troops and air power from the outside, Putin and his conscripts can pretty much do whatever they want. You can only fight rocket launchers with Molotov cocktails for so long.
