My good friend Stacie recently asked me for my thoughts on UFOs and life on other planets. I’m more than happy to oblige.

I surprised myself because I didn’t really need to think that hard before responding. I look at the stars and realize how vast and majestic the universe is, and thus how insignificant our little slab of rock is in comparison. To even suggest that our species, the ones who still cannot use the words “there” “their” “they’re” “your” you’re” correctly in sentences, is somehow the best and the brightest, seems little more than a cosmic joke. If there is NOT more intelligent life out there, we live in a really fucking stupid universe.

I for one have more faith in the cosmos than that.
