We’re gonna do this. I’m gonna write about what it is I write about. It’s a newspaper column without the pesky newspaper. I’m gonna post a few times a week, and I’d love it if you joined me. For the price of a monthly pint of Guinness you get everything delivered to your inbox (or you can just visit this url). For free you get some stuff too….just not as much. For that pint money….you can join the community and we can talk and you can inspire me to write more stuff. One feeds off the other. It’s like looking straight into the sun. That’s where the fun is.

I’ve been doing this for a long time (www.tomflannery.com), but this is the first time I’m asking you to drop some coins in the slot, and that part makes me nervous. As I type this I’m kinda looking down at my shoes averting your gaze. Coin-wise, we’re all spread kinda thin these days. But my appreciation is genuine. And I trust you’ll feel the same about what you read here. My goal, as always, is any reaction except boredom. Hopefully, that will be worth the price of a beer.
