A good day for the Harvey's

There hasn't been a mass shooting in about 12 hours. I feel like I might be able to write about something else today. The Ames, Iowa shooting that resulted in 3 more bodies happened in the middle of President Biden's gun control speech last night, in which he practically got down on his knees and groveled for 10 Republicans to stand up and do the bare minimum. Turns out we can't even stop the shooting long enough for the President to read a speech.

In any event, not a single Republican could be arsed to answer Biden's call with anything other than mocking "from-my-cold-dead-hands" tweets, so we're back on the clock now. I should hurry.
